About me

Painting has always been my passion since teenage years, working on large-scale pieces in oil and acrylic. After viewing the 【Japan Fabriano in Osaka】exhibition in the fall of 2023 , I became deeply drawn to the expressive possibilities of transparent watercolor and began exploring this new medium.

1984　Graduated from Aichi University of Education, Department of Art
2002–Present　Founder and director of the children’s art studio Atelier Nohara
2010–2025　Member of the Taiheiyo Art Association (official member since 2017)

2025-Present    Member of the Nara Prefecture Artists Association
