About me
Hello, friends! My name is Oksana Nikolaeva, I am a painter, teacher, and watercolorist. Creativity has played an important role in my life since childhood. After graduating from high school, I decided to become a real artist and get an appropriate education. I started studying at preparatory courses at the Moscow Academic Art College and the Yaroslavl Art College, and also took private painting lessons. Then I studied from 2002 to 2007 at the Penza Art College named after K.A. Savitsky, specialty "Painting", qualification painter, teacher. After that, I graduated with honors from Penza State University named after V.G. Belinsky, qualified as a teacher of fine arts, specializing in Fine Arts (2009-2013). Since 2016, I have been teaching special subjects (painting, composition, drawing) at the Penza Art College named after K.A.Savitsky.
Since the preparation of my studies, I started painting with watercolor and I still love it. I love its fluid, delicate structure and the huge variety of techniques it allows you to apply. My favorite theme is landscapes. The subjects that I choose for my watercolors are dedicated to the boundless love of nature. I am also a member of the Union of Watercolorists of Russia. I periodically participate in exhibitions, competitions, give master classes and conduct open lessons.
