I work primarily with watercolor on paper, focusing on atmosphere, structure, and the relationship between gesture and silence.
My practice is rooted in observation, but moves away from literal representation, allowing the painting process to reveal time, memory, and presence.
I am interested in the balance between control and spontaneity, and in leaving space for the viewer’s interpretation.
