About me
Mi formación artística se inicia en Bogotá, mi ciudad natal, donde desde temprana edad desarrollé un profundo interés por el arte. Este impulso inicial me llevó a explorar de manera autodidacta, para posteriormente fortalecer mis conocimientos a través de estudios en la Academia de Artes Guerrero, Casatinta y Taller Trescientos Uno.
A los 27 años tuve la oportunidad de viajar a Italia, donde realicé mi pregrado en Pintura en la Academia de Bellas Artes de Roma, obteniendo mi diploma académico tras tres años de formación.
A lo largo de mi trayectoria he experimentado diversas técnicas pictóricas, encontrando en la acuarela una afinidad particular, ya que me ha permitido explorar la transparencia y las múltiples posibilidades expresivas del color, convirtiéndose en un lenguaje esencial dentro de mi trabajo artístico.
My artistic education began in Bogotá, my hometown, where I developed a deep interest in art from an early age. This initial impulse led me to pursue self-directed exploration, later complemented by formal studies at institutions such as the Academia de Artes Guerrero, Casatinta, and Taller Trescientos Uno.
At the age of 27, I had the opportunity to travel to Italy, where I completed my undergraduate degree in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts of Rome, earning my academic diploma after three years of study.
Throughout my artistic trajectory, I have explored a wide range of painting techniques, ultimately developing a particular affinity for watercolor. This medium allows me to investigate subtlety, transparency, and the many expressive possibilities of color, becoming an essential language within my artistic practice.
