About me
I love painting pictures of old things that bring back memories of things you didn't know you had forgotten.
My pictures are always colorful and sunny - a bit like enhanced happy realism.
In my watercolor series "Fikaserien" I have really found the right one: Swedish fika served with delicious cakes on old tablecloths together with beautiful cups - always with a little story to tell connected to the era the picture represents.
Here in this platform I show my first watercolor of a new watercolor series that will be about teenage nostalgia.
I am based in Stockholm with roots in Njurunda. I paint watercolor in my spare time as I am an IT consultant by day. Painting watercolor gives me balance and joy in life and I have been painting watercolor since 1989.
