About me
My name is Irene de Valk and I am a watercolourist from the Netherlands. The first time I painted in watercolour was in Japan and from the start I fell in love with this medium. I particularly love to paint landscapes. My inspiration is always a feeling about nature or circumstances. While painting I am at that place where I felt an atmosphere which made me quiet or happy.
