Claudia Barchiesi

I am an academic Agronomist from an university in chilean patagonian. I have been painting since I was little, for many years I only painted oil. In 2018, I started to paint watercolor, for its portability. Today I am passionate about playing with water and creating atmospheres that only with watercolor I have achieved. Since 2020, I have been taking classes with different watercolorists around the world, something that has allowed in  pandemic time. I am in search of my own style, I am passionate about painting nature, especially water. Each time, I enjoy more to paint landscapes where emotions can surface, avoiding the drawing to limit the brushstrokes.
