About me
Why watercolor:
Over the years, I have enjoyed expressing my creative thoughts in many different mediums, some I still use, others set aside for now...
But watercolor for me is endless, always renewing itselft with different processes and new techniques but most importantly unpredictable and its own mistress... finicky one day and easy the next...detailed or soft, calm, dynamic, always full of emotions.
I am still (after all these years) a watercolor student, and now a retired watercolor teacher...I participated (and still do) to numerous exhibitions on line, in galeries and exhibition venues, won a few prizes along the way and sell my art both nationnaly and internationnaly. I am also a signature member of the Société Canadienne de l'aquarelle (SCA) and the Pastel Society of Eastern Canada (PSEC) and of my local watercolor association "l'atelier d'aquarelle Le Partage"(PAA).
