About me
Born and raised in the vibrant city of Mumbai, India- I have always loved drawing from childhood and have dabbled in acrylics and oil as well and learnt to handle the medium by trial and error. The turning point was when I decided to pursue an extensive course to study the fundamentals of art and it has changed my outlook towards fine arts and my passion for art has continued to grow ever since. I am deeply fascinated by the architectural dominated subjects and I enjoy doing these paintings, however I do like to explore the other subjects as well.
Watercolors is my favourite medium because of the way pigment responds to one's emotional response to the subject and the directness with which it flows across the paper like it has a life of it's own. It's the most beautiful and a very meditative experince to be able to translate my personal experience on paper.
