Margherita Batoréu Annibale

I was born in Portugal and lived in Italy for 25 years. 

Painting and drawing has always been my safe place. Being an Urban Sketcher in my free time, I have been fascinated by watercolour in recent years, and now it is my favourite means of expression. The study of the human figure is my main subject.

I am constantly looking to improve my skills and have attended quite a few painting and watercolour classes along the years. I love to attend Life-drawing sessions and I have also shown my work in a few collective exhibitions. But mostly, I love painting from life and en plein air, wherever is possible, preferably with friends and like-minded artists from whom I can learn and share ideas with.
