Rosa Albasini

My Name is Rosa Abasini,

Started painting with my sister who invited me to a table cloth paint class in 2005. 

I was not very keen but did go and started enjoying classes , using acrylic paint on material, but as time went buy with Teachers using other different mediums I felt something missing and wanted to learn more.

I met up with Barbie Henderson Cunningham who taught me to paint with oils on canvas doing landscapes and eventually also moving on to watercolours. 

Watercolours are very challenging and I still have a great deal to learn. 

I dont think one ever stops learning, there is always someone who can teach you something new.

I paint because I love to see the end result and there is nothing that is so therapedic for the soul.
