About me
Bharati kar an Indian Artist, born in the beautiful sourroundings of flora and fauna of Odisha state, art came to her naturally.Spiritualism and Feminism are the key elements in most of her paintings, however she enjoys doing plein air paintings and loves to capture the beauties in nature as well as the world heritage sites in different parts of the country. She loves working on various mediums but watercolour is something she enjoys the most. Watercolour always gives her the freedom of playing with it like a child.
She did her Knitwear design from National Institute Of Fashion Technology, New Delhi. After persuing a successful career in designing and entrepreneurship for more than one and a half decade she choose her passion of painting as full time career. She says her family is the biggest support system in persuing art and her parents' blessings always inspire her to do better.
She loves going for art tours and painting outdoors. She participated and won awards in various art events, National as well as international level.
She says art is a journey of many lives and this is one of them. Its a responsibility given by God to make this world a little more beautiful.
