Hello, my name is Dr. Dinu Sri Madusanka and I am a nanotechnology researcher with a deep passion for watercolor paintings. Despite my background in science, I have always been drawn to the creative world of art. It wasn't until recently that I discovered my love for watercolors and I have been hooked ever since.
I am still relatively new to the art world and am constantly seeking ways to improve and learn more about this medium. I am particularly interested in creating cityscapes, seascapes, and nature scenes, and I am drawn to the tonalism style for its ability to convey emotion and atmosphere through the use of light and shadow.
One of the things I love most about watercolor is the unpredictable nature of the medium. Each brush stroke can produce slightly different results, adding to the uniqueness and character of each piece. I find it fascinating to watch the paint flow and blend together, creating something truly one-of-a-kind.
As I continue on my artistic journey, I am dedicated to refining my skills and exploring new techniques. I hope to create artworks that tell stories and evoke emotions in the viewer through the use of watercolor and simplicity. It is my vision to use my art as a means of communicating and connecting with others.
Overall, my love for watercolor painting has opened up a whole new world of creativity and self-expression for me. I am excited to see where this journey takes me and to share my artwork with others. Thank you for taking the time to learn about my artistic journey.
