Marat Goutsou - artist from Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. Born 30 july, 2002.
From 2019 to 2023, he was studied at the Art College Al.Plamadeale, in Chisinau.
Took part in many city exhibitions with the support of the Ministry of Art of the Republic of Moldova.
Member of the International Watercolor Society-Romania.
