About me
Hello! I am Elena Krivoruchenko, I live in Russia,
Watercolor for me is an important way to express my thoughts, opinions and convictions within the light structure and dynamics of a caught moment as key features of this medium. Watercolor feels deeply and reflects the inner state of the painter. It is near to heart of those who seek true spiritual freedom, as the medium itself defies restrictions and boundaries.
Such research of freedom narrative and its connection with both nature and abstract subjectivity is the main theme of my artistic work.
The process of painting resembles a mentalist searching the vast fierce world of unknown fathomless creative energy to provide a vessel and channel the force onto canvas or paper. This magic hidden inside us is my main coauthor and source of inspiration.
