About me
CV Montserrat, GUANTER
-Born in Girona (Catalonia), Spain, in 1953.
-More than eleven years of training, from 1998 until 2010 in all techniques
-I went to different workshops with Sebi Subirós 2011, Nicholas Simmmons 2013 and 2014, George Politis 2015, 2016, 2018, Ignasi Esteve 2019, Jordà Vitó, 2019-2022.
- The different techniques I used were on paper, canvas (acrylic), on silk.. I’ve experimented with watercolor mixed with collage, mixed media, etc. A lot of paintings of the last years are painted on silk.
-Every year I’ve participated in different exhibitions, some of them in Europe, but most of them were in my country, Catalonia. The last one this year 2022 was in Sarrià-Girona.
-I have made four solo exhibitions: “Ink on silk”, Figueres 2006, “Primary Colours”, Girona 2008, “Trees”, Girona 2020, "Play & Dream", Girona 2021.
