About me
Despite my passion for drawing, I chose a career in scientific disciplines. I started to paint late in my life , at the age of 40, but I fell in love just right after the first brushstroke and never stopped, dedicating to this medium all the spare time I could. Watercolor has brought incredible joy to my life and enlightened my days.
My favourite subjects are landscapes, light and water on top of the list.
My watercolors are pretty recognisable for the special light I try to capture in my skies, and water reflections are a theme that I love to visit more often than not in my landscape productions.
The most frequent comment that I receive about my watercolors is that they convey a great sense o serenity and tranquility.People started to ask me to teach them how to capture light in the sky, that is why I started to teach periodically to adults, receiving enthusiastic feedbacks and warm responses.
So much to learn, so much to explore, so thankful to watercolor for making me look at life with a new, colorful perspective.
