Casper Le Fèvre

I am an artist turned architect turned artist. I studied "omgevingsvormgeving" (like sculpting but on a bigger scale and no bronze or rocks) at the Academy of Arts in Arnhem, The Netherlands. Later I became an architect. In 2003 I won a competition organized by Atelier HSL (HSL = Highg Speed Line) for a place left over after planning with a wood of 600 amber trees referencing ultimate trainness. The trees are planted in rows that grow and diminish in their respective distance. I also made a canoe with woven bamboo strips and a lightweight skin. In 2017 this was exhibited in the dependance of the Dutch museum de Fundatie.

Since the academy I have always returned to watercolor, since 6 years with more ardour.
