Lütfiye Yazan

Lütfiye YAZAN graduated from the Painting Department of the Girls' Technical Higher Teachers' School in 1981.She worked as an Painting, Graphic Design and Shoe Design teacher at schools with in the Ministry of National Education. She worked as a member of the Painting Specialization Commission of the Board of Education and Discipline, the Painting of Textbooks and the Review of Textbooks in the TTKB Publication and Culture Department. She designed shoes and clothes. Yazan, who has international shoe design, diploma and certificate, was sent to Milan for Shoe Design Training by TASEV in 2007. She has prepared the training programs of the Shoe Design Department, of whicih she is the founding chairman. She has also been conducting training since 1998. She is a member of BRHD and IWS, participating in many solo and group exhibitions, national and international art workshops and festivals. She worked as a part time lecturer at METU, Anadolu University and Baskent University. Her paintings were exhibited at Paterson Museum Art Gallery, Art Factory Silk Art Gallery New Jersey USA, Hungary. She took part in cataloged exhibitions in Ukraine, Prague, Poland and Malaysia. Her works are in private collections in Turkey and abroad, in Gaziantep, Sinop and Çorum museums. She continues her works in her own workshop.
