Living amidst the vibrant landscapes of Skåne, I find endless inspiration for my watercolor paintings. Surrounded by lush forests and picturesque scenery, I spend time exploring the outdoors with my daughters, both since I love being outdoors and as the outdoor leader for my middle girls group.
I strive to capture the beauty of the natural world, my daughters themselves are a constant source of inspiration, and I enjoy painting portraits of them amidst the Skåne countryside.
The charming old village streets, with their quaint architecture and timeless beauty, also provide a rich source of artistic inspiration. My aim is to convey the tranquility and character of these idyllic scenes through the delicate washes and vibrant hues of watercolor.
My journey into the world of watercolor began on my 40th birthday, with a watercolor set from my husband. Painting has become a cherished escape, offering a peaceful counterpoint to the demands of my career and the intensity of daily life.
