Rodrigo Schiffner
Watercolorist architect from Porto Alegre who lives in Garopaba, Brazil, graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
In addition to the urban landscape and its built heritage, his artistic gaze also focuses on human beings and their expressions, features, stories and particularities.
His works are spread across several cities around the world, he illustrates books, publications and architectural projects, in addition to dedicating himself to plein air painting and live painting.
Whether in search of the intangible value of built architecture or of a lived moment, his work always tells a story of love, memory and life. His name appears as an entry in the Dictionary of Visual Arts in Rio Grande do Sul – University Press – 1997.
